Integration brings together technology and strategy to streamline intake and empower client care teams

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — November 20, 2025 — Admirra, a Pittsburgh-based SaaS platform that streamlines practice management for mental health providers, announced today that it has joined forces with Practice Axis, the first Clinical CRM for therapy practices. The collaboration combines Admirra’s advanced CRM and workflow automation with the proven Practice Axis Process to deliver a powerful solution for group practices nationwide.
As part of this integration, Practice Axis founder Berit Elizabeth has joined Admirra as Chief Growth Officer, bringing extensive experience in sales, sales strategy, and client care operations. Her background in optimizing intake systems and scaling practice workflows now directly informs Admirra’s product development and growth initiatives.
Together, the teams completed the full migration of Practice Axis CRM customers to Admirra’s platform, where they now experience expanded functionality including EHR connections, practitioner management, client transfer workflows, automated benefits verification, and Google ad tracking.
At the same time, Practice Axis has pivoted its focus from software to becoming the leading resource on Client Care Strategy, offering training, consulting, and tools designed to help practices build high-performing client care teams.
“The bottleneck in mental health is both finding clinicians and getting clients into care efficiently,” said Wendy McSparren, CEO of Admirra. “By joining forces with Practice Axis, we’re helping practices eliminate administrative delays, optimize intake, and focus on serving clients.”
“Admirra’s technology has taken the Practice Axis Process to the next level,” added Berit Elizabeth, Chief Growth Officer at Admirra. “With my focus on growth and sales strategy and Admirra’s engineering strength, we’re building something more impactful than either of us could have created on our own — a platform that helps practices scale sustainably by aligning operations, strategy, and client care.”
Early adopters of the integrated platform are already seeing the impact.
“I really appreciate how much more intuitive and user-friendly Admirra feels,” said Meghan Cassidy, owner of Serene Mind Counseling Center in Mesa, Arizona. “The navigation is smoother, from EHR integration to automated benefit checks. It’s faster, simpler, and saves our team hours each week.”
The move underscores Pittsburgh’s growing reputation as a hub for health-tech innovation, with Admirra counted among Innovation Works’ AlphaLab portfolio companies.
